1. General Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern beauty and makeup services provided by Makeover by Kratika ("the Studio"), located in Satna, Madhya Pradesh, India. By scheduling an appointment or consultation through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or in person, you agree to comply with the guidelines set forth below.

2. Appointments & Date Reservations

All appointments for bridal makeup, party looks, hairstyling, and consultations are confirmed only upon mutual agreement of date, ceremony schedule, and service scope. For peak wedding season dates in Satna and surrounding areas, reservations are booked on a first-confirmed basis to ensure dedicated time.

3. Pricing & Payment

Because makeup and hair requirements differ based on ceremony type, timing, outfit complexity, and on-location vs. studio arrangements, pricing is shared transparently upon consultation. Exact fees, deposit requirements, and payment milestones will be agreed upon directly prior to the event.

4. Punctuality & Scheduling

To deliver meticulous results without rushing, clients are requested to arrive on time for studio appointments, or have clean, dry hair and prepped skin ready at the agreed time for on-location wedding venue appointments. Significant delays may necessitate adjustments to styling details to respect following clients' schedules.

5. Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Clients must inform the makeup artist prior to application of any known skin conditions, allergies to specific cosmetic ingredients, or medical treatments. While Makeover by Kratika maintains the highest hygiene and quality protocols, the client is responsible for disclosing pre-existing sensitivities.

6. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that event schedules and family circumstances may shift. Please inform us as early as possible if you need to reschedule an appointment so we may do our best to accommodate alternative available slots.
